We are proud to celebrate exciting news from the Women’s Yachting Awards: Rosie O’Donnell, Chief Project Leader at Yachts for Science, has been named the 2025 Trailblazer of the Year. This award recognises Rosie’s leadership, as she redefines how the worlds of private yachting and marine science come together to accelerate ocean research.

As Rosie explains:

I’m immensely proud of what Yachts for Science has achieved so far and the momentum it continues to build. Our mission is simple but powerful: turning spare capacity on yachts into meaningful opportunities for world-class ocean science.”
